Supervisory Budget Analyst

We are seeking a highly experienced Budget Analyst to manage the Federal budget cycle, ensuring compliance with agency and Federal mission requirements. This role involves comprehensive oversight from formulation through execution.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Manage the Federal budget cycle, including formulation, execution, and oversight of resources.
• Develop and coordinate budget deliverables for the Federal budget process with program, functional, and field elements.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve complex financial and budgetary problems.
• Research, interpret, and apply applicable budget laws and regulations.
• Ensure budget deliverables are completed timely and accurately.
• Communicate effectively to make recommendations, defend, explain, or promote assigned program initiatives.
• *Required Experience & Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in Federal service.
• Demonstrated experience managing the Federal budget cycle, including formulation and execution.
• Strong understanding of Federal budget laws, regulations, and associated policies.
• Proven ability to apply analytical and evaluative techniques to financial management programs.
• Experience developing and coordinating budget deliverables for complex Federal processes.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting and defending budget recommendations.
