This role requires a seasoned professional to lead and enhance aviation safety programs through strategic planning, resource management, and compliance with regulations.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and contribute to strategic plans within a complex organizational framework.
- Create and implement techniques for continuous program improvement.
- Manage and direct the application of aviation safety regulations, policies, and objectives across various work activities.
- Establish project priorities and create detailed completion schedules.
- Utilize data for analytical insights to determine staffing and resource levels, identify trends, adjust programs, and enhance program quality and effectiveness.
- *Required Experience:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to FV-J, FG/GS-14.
