The U.S. International Trade Commission (USITC) is seeking an Attorney (GS-15) for the Office of Unfair Import Investigations. This role requires specific legal expertise and experience.
- *Minimum Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school.
- **Bar Membership:** Current active membership in good standing of the Bar of a U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.
- *Specialized Experience (GS-15):**
Applicants must possess a minimum of five (5) years of legal experience, which includes:
- At least one (1) year of general law practice experience or experience demonstrating knowledge of legal theories, principles, and methodologies applicable to the legal field.
- At least four (4) years of specialized professional legal experience directly relevant to the work of the Office of Unfair Import Investigations at the U.S. International Trade Commission.
- Note: Qualifying experience includes both paid and unpaid (e.g., volunteer, national service) legal work.*
