Summary
Join DC Courts: Experienced JD with DC Bar, 3+ years legal (1+ Family Law), and 2+ years supervisory.
## About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and experienced legal professional to join the DC Courts team. This position requires a commitment to public service within the court system and adherence to ethical guidelines.
## Key Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the District of Columbia Bar.
- Minimum of three (3) years of legal experience, including at least one (1) year specifically in Family Law.
- At least two (2) years of supervisory experience. (Note: One year of supervisory experience may be substituted by graduation from the Courts' Management Training Program).
- Per DC Superior Court Rule T, individuals in this position are strictly prohibited from engaging in the private practice of law.

- Provide documentation of your JD degree/transcript, active bar membership, and management training certificate (if applicable) with your application.
