## Supervisory Attorney Advisor (Employee Labor Relations) - GS-15

We are seeking a highly qualified Supervisory Attorney Advisor to lead our Employee Labor Relations team. This pivotal role involves overseeing legal staff, providing expert guidance, and coordinating on critical legal matters within a government setting.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative supervision to a team of attorneys and professional staff.
  • Plan and assign legal work, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and assignment complexity.
  • Offer expert legal advice and strategic input to Senior Officials on policy decisions.
  • Coordinate effectively with other government offices and agencies on complex legal matters.
### Required Qualifications:
  • **Education:** Juris Doctor (J.D.) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree.
  • **Licensure:** Active membership and good standing with the bar of any U.S. state, territory, or the District of Columbia.
  • **Experience:** A minimum of four (4) years (48 months) of professional legal experience obtained *after* earning your J.D. or LL.B.
### Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising attorneys and professional staff.
  • Proven ability to plan and assign legal work efficiently.
  • Experience in advising senior officials on policy development and implementation.
  • Background in coordinating legal matters across various government entities.
