Job Description

Summary

Seeking an experienced U.S. Citizen Attorney with 3+ years of post-bar legal experience and active bar membership.

This position is open to U.S. Citizens only.

  • *Key Requirements:**
  • **Experience:** A minimum of three years of professional legal experience acquired after bar admission. Graduation from an ABA-accredited law school (top 25% of class) or an advanced law degree (e.g., LLM) may substitute for one year of required experience.
  • **Education:** Must possess a first professional law degree (J.D. or LL.B.).
  • **Licensure & Bar Membership:**
* Current, active membership in good standing with the bar of the highest court of a U.S. State, Territory, U.S. Commonwealth, or the District of Columbia. * Permitted to engage in the active practice of law. * Ability to self-certify active license status and provide detailed licensing information for all relevant jurisdictions (e.g., name, license number, status, contact information for licensing authority).
  • **Veteran's Preference:** Veteran's preference is considered a positive factor; supporting documentation (e.g., DD Form 214, SF 15) is required if claiming eligibility.
