Summary

Seeking an Attorney with a J.D./LL.B., active bar membership, and expertise in federal securities law for complex legal counsel.

We are seeking an experienced Attorney to provide expert legal counsel. Candidates must possess a J.D. or LL.B. degree and active bar membership in good standing (any U.S. state, territory, D.C., or Puerto Rico). A minimum of one year of specialized legal experience, equivalent to the GS/SK-14 level, is required.
