Job Description

Summary

Seeking a legal professional with JD/LL.B. and bar membership, to advise management on HR, budgeting, and operations.

This position requires a highly qualified legal professional to provide essential advisory services.

  • *Key Qualifications:**
  • **Education:** J.D. or LL.B. degree.
  • **Bar Membership:** Active bar membership in good standing in any U.S. state, territory, District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico. (Proof required prior to start date).
  • **Specialized Experience:** Minimum of one year of specialized experience, equivalent to a senior advisory role, which includes:
* Providing advice and guidance to managers in at least three of these areas: Human Resource Management, Hiring, Budgeting, Business Process Improvement, or Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP). * Applying general administrative principles, policies, and procedures.
