• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide direct instructional and personal support to students, individually or in small groups.
• Assist the classroom teacher with lesson implementation and curriculum reinforcement.
• Help implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior plans.
• Support classroom management, supervision, and foster a positive learning environment.
• Assist students with daily living skills, mobility, or other personal care needs as required.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
