Strategy Analyst

• *Job Title:** Systems Program Manager (GS-14 Equivalent)

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives, policy development, and modernization efforts within our dynamic IT environment. This role focuses on optimizing operations, aligning strategies, and driving efficiency across critical Information Operations.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement policies, conduct studies on new trends, efficiency, business cases, and digital modernization.
• Lead strategic planning, including objective setting, goal definition, resource management, and metrics development.
• Create and monitor metrics to track the progress and health of technical and IT management processes.
• Provide management, policy direction, and administrative coordination to specialists, ensuring alignment of strategies and execution of roadmaps.
• Analyze and recommend organizational models for optimal fit within a rapidly evolving IT landscape.
• Modify operations, methods, and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of process and project workflows.
• *Qualifications:**
• Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level (or comparable private sector experience).
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing policy, conducting business case analyses, and driving digital modernization.
• Proven ability in strategic planning, resource management, and developing performance metrics.
• Experience in providing management and policy direction for IT-related initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills for organizational modeling and process improvement.
• Meeting all federal eligibility requirements, including time-in-grade, by the closing date.
