The CEO Engagements Team is seeking a Strategic Executive Project Manager to enhance and execute high-impact programs, fostering relationships with top decision-makers through operational excellence and data-driven strategies.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement scalable processes to significantly improve operational efficiencies across all programs.
• Drive end-to-end program execution, encompassing project management, tracking, comprehensive reporting, and performance measurement.
• Leverage data to monitor existing metrics, propose new ones, analyze trends, and measure business impact to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to generate insightful reports and ensure seamless organizational communication.
• Contribute to key operational planning, rhythm-of-business activities, and facilitate knowledge sharing across programs.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• 4+ years of professional, non-internship marketing experience.
• Proven ability to utilize data and metrics effectively to drive program improvements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting (e.g., macros, charts, pivot tables).
• Demonstrated experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
