Seeking a specialist to develop and evaluate communication and outreach strategies for manpower and reserve affairs programs.

- Develop comprehensive communication plans and outreach strategies focused on manpower and reserve affairs.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of media engagement program operations.
- Prepare and execute external engagement strategies and messaging.
- Evaluate the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on program operations and strategies.

- One year of specialized experience directly related to the responsibilities listed above.
- Experience must be demonstrated; education cannot be substituted for this requirement.
