## Strategic Card Partnerships Senior Associate, Business Development (Hybrid)

• *Overview:**

Join Capital One Card Partnerships to aggressively expand our business through new partner credit card acquisitions. In this Senior Associate role, you will significantly influence and drive our new partner acquisition strategy, from identifying targets to successfully recruiting future partners.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead the identification and evaluation of potential partner companies and brands.
• Develop and consolidate tailored pitch strategies for competitive bids, including customer insights, consumer value propositions, and marketing plans.
• Manage complex internal and external RFP processes, ensuring timely delivery of materials and presentations.
• Conduct thorough marketplace and industry analyses to uncover new opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project deadlines and support business development initiatives.
• Assist in the smooth transition of newly acquired business to relevant units.
• *Qualifications:**
• *Basic:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in Project or Process Management.
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• *Preferred:**
• 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management, specifically leading cross-functional projects.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
