Drive new card partner acquisition and business development strategy for Capital One's rapidly expanding financial services portfolio.
Capital One is seeking a Strategic Card Partnerships Senior Associate, Business Development (Hybrid) to drive aggressive expansion in the partner credit card segment. This pivotal role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and acquiring new card partners to significantly grow the business.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Drive new partner acquisition strategy, from identifying target businesses to developing winning approaches.
- Lead the identification and evaluation of potential partner companies and brands.
- Develop comprehensive, tailored pitch strategies, including customer research, value proposition, and marketing plans.
- Manage internal and external teams through the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, including written and verbal presentations.
- Perform marketplace and industry analyses to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the seamless transition of newly acquired businesses to vertical units.
- *What We're Looking For:**
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in Project or Process Management.
- At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in Project or Process Management, specifically leading cross-functional projects.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services.
- 2+ years of experience in business analysis.

- *Salary Range (McLean, VA):** $109,000 - $124,400 annually.
