Strategic Card Partnerships Manager - Business Development (Hybrid)

Capital One is seeking a Strategic Card Partnerships Manager to aggressively expand our partner credit card business through new partner acquisitions. This hybrid role is central to influencing and executing our business development strategy, focusing on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding future partners.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Drive new partner acquisition strategies, identifying target businesses and developing compelling pitches.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate potential partners and craft tailored proposals, including consumer value propositions and marketing plans.
• Manage the end-to-end RFP process, from internal coordination to external presentations.
• Conduct marketplace and industry analyses to uncover new product and partnership opportunities.
• Design and manage complex project plans, adapting to evolving requirements.
• Facilitate the smooth transition of newly acquired business to vertical units.
• *Qualifications:**
• *Basic:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in Project or Process Management.
• At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite.
• *Preferred:**
• MBA or Master’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project or Process Management leading cross-functional initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in financial services.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in business development and external relationship management.
