Strategic Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Analyst to provide expert analysis and advisory services on critical strategic initiatives. This role involves developing policies, conducting comprehensive studies, and presenting findings to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement strategic policies, resolving complex issues related to their application and implementation.
• Conduct comprehensive studies to improve workload factors, performance quality, and measurement techniques.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, speeches, and communications for senior leadership, Congressional staff, industry, and academia.
• Provide expert advisory services on strategic engagements, often with minimal supervision.
• Plan and direct no-notice studies, lead cross-functional teams, and present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Perform specialized analysis on critical issues concerning resource allocation, logistics, research, development, acquisition, and testing.
• Act as a technical authority for strategic planning, ensuring alignment with overall long-term organizational goals.
• *Required Experience:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal service, military, or the private sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, policy development, and complex issue resolution.
• Proven ability to conduct comprehensive studies and develop new approaches to improve organizational performance.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects with broad parameters.
