Staff Support Analyst

Join our team as a Staff Support Analyst (GS-14 equivalent) to provide critical support for strategic human capital initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Advise senior leadership on human capital strategy using data analysis, forecasting, and organizational planning.
• Coordinate interagency and Department of Defense-level meetings, representing leadership interests and HR priorities.
• Prepare executive-level correspondence, white papers, and documents to support HR program goals.
• Evaluate administrative programs and recommend policy changes to improve operational efficiency and staff performance.
• Lead cross-functional studies to identify and implement solutions for HR operational challenges.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in federal, military, or private sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in:
