Staff Support Analyst

We are seeking a Staff Support Analyst (GS-11/12) to provide critical analytical, evaluative, and presentation support across various programs and initiatives. This role involves developing new methods, delivering impactful briefings, and analyzing key performance data.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• **GS-11 Level:**

* Develop and present information briefings on program development and related issues. * Apply analytical and evaluative methods to studies and challenges. * Prescribe learning objectives and competencies for strategic goals.

• **GS-12 Level:**

* Develop new business and administrative methods and procedures for programs. * Create and deliver impromptu presentations on complex programs to diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Identify, compile, review, track, and analyze performance measure data and statistics.

• *Qualifications:**
• **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience demonstrating competencies directly related to the position.

* **GS-11:** Experience equivalent to the GS-09 level, including developing briefings, applying analytical methods, and defining learning objectives. * **GS-12:** Experience equivalent to the GS-11 level, including developing new methods, complex presentations, and performance data analysis.

• **Education (for GS-11 only):**

* Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree; or * 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education; or * LL.M., if related.

• **Combination:** A combination of qualifying education and specialized experience may meet GS-11 requirements. Education cannot substitute for GS-12 specialized experience.
