Job Description
Summary
Staff Support Analyst to research, analyze, and administer personnel programs, identify system gaps, and advise management.
Join our team as a Staff Support Analyst (GS-11) to optimize personnel programs and advise leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and administer assigned personnel functions and programs.
- Identify system deficiencies and process gaps, proposing effective resolutions.
- Advise management with data-driven insights for program execution.
- Utilize management information systems to provide clear oral and written guidance.
Qualifications:
- Specialized Experience: Minimum one year of experience equivalent to GS-09, including research, analysis, and administration of personnel programs, identifying deficiencies, and advising management.
- Education Substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, or 3 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education, OR LL.M. (if related).
- Combination: A blend of qualifying experience and graduate-level education is accepted.
- Note: Creditable experience includes paid and unpaid volunteer work.
