Staff Support Analyst

We are seeking a Staff Support Analyst to optimize operational efficiency and provide essential executive support. This role involves improving organizational processes, managing information flow, and offering high-level administrative assistance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and implement methods to improve workflows and operational procedures.
• Document existing processes and identify opportunities to eliminate redundancies.
• Track, collect, and validate the completeness and technical accuracy of responses to internal and external inquiries.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, coordination, and assistance to an Executive Director or equivalent.
• *Qualifications (Applicants must meet one of the following):**
• **Specialized Experience:** One year of experience (equivalent to GS-09 level) that demonstrates competency in:

* Developing workflow improvements and process documentation. * Tracking and validating technical information. * Providing high-level administrative or coordinative support to an executive.

• **Education:** A PhD or equivalent doctoral degree, or three full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.M. (if related).
• **Combination:** A combination of successfully completed graduate education and specialized experience that collectively meets the total qualification requirements.
• Relevant volunteer experience that builds critical competencies will be credited.*
