Summary
Seeking a proactive Executive Operations Specialist to manage executive support, correspondence systems, and improve organizational workflows.
We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive professional to provide critical administrative and operational support to executive leadership. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, managing key communication systems, and enhancing overall organizational efficiency.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to executive leadership, demonstrating discretion and proactive initiative.
- Administer and maintain the organization's correspondence and task management system, including user account management, report generation, and developing/delivering user training programs.
- Manage complex tasks, facilitate effective communication with diverse stakeholders, and identify/resolve workflow issues.
- Continuously seek and implement efficiency improvements within operational processes.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- Minimum of one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in federal service, or similar high-level administrative and operational support roles.
- Proven experience in executive-level support, system administration, and workflow optimization.
