Srm And Environmental Division Chief

Lead the Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization, and Environmental Division as a GS-15 Chief. This pivotal role involves strategic planning, project oversight, and team leadership across critical federal infrastructure and environmental initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop and deliver clear presentations and written communications on complex programs to diverse stakeholders, ensuring effective understanding and collaboration.
• Oversee, plan, manage, and direct teams providing essential support services.
• Manage Sustainment, Restoration, Modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) projects, including planning, programming, budgeting, and design review.
• Guide engineer maintenance and construction programs, aligning strategies with organizational objectives and DoD guidance.
• Formulate broad policies and establish long-range objectives for comprehensive service support.
• *Qualifications:**
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level (or equivalent in federal, military, or private sector).
• Proven experience in:

* Communicating complex information effectively to varied audiences. * Leading and directing teams providing major support services. * Planning, budgeting, and managing SRM and MILCON projects. * Guiding engineer maintenance and construction programs. * Developing broad policies and long-range objectives for service support.

• Must meet all federal eligibility requirements (e.g., time-in-grade) by the closing date.
