Summary
Lead a team of Project Managers, optimizing marketing strategy, operations, and digital initiatives for Capital One's Card Performance team.
Capital One is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Management for the Card Performance Marketing & Analytics team. In this hybrid role, you will lead a team of Project Managers, driving strategic execution and optimizing marketing operations to directly impact business results. You will work with diverse stakeholders, shaping processes and fostering efficiency across all marketing channels.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Reimagine and optimize processes for marketing intent intake, prioritization, and communication.
- Collaborate with Card Business, Marketing, Technology, Legal, Risk, and Design teams to deliver organizational goals.
- Oversee creative development pipelines for outbound marketing and content, enhancing speed and quality.
- Manage influencer/creator monitoring and rights management.
- Ensure well-managed channel operations, documenting artifacts and optimizing processes.
- Administer monthly budgeting and platform access for all marketing channels.
- Inform requirements for enterprise solutions (e.g., Digital Asset Management, legal/compliance tools).
- Identify and implement new tools to automate manual processes.

- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, with 3+ years in horizontal objectives/improvements.
- 4+ years of People Management experience.
- 3+ years of multi-channel digital marketing experience (client-side or agency).
- 2+ years of experience with Google Suite (Sheets/Slides) or Microsoft (Excel/PowerPoint).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master’s Degree or MBA.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing creative processes and marketing material development.
- 5+ years of People Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- 3+ years of experience in Process management.
- PMP, Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management certification.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
