## Sr. Associate, Business Development - Events

Join Capital One Dining as a Senior Associate, Business Development, to drive the success of our exclusive dining program. This role is crucial for planning and executing premium restaurant-related events, enhancing experiences for Capital One's premium cardholders, and supporting our restaurant partners. You will collaborate with partners, internal stakeholders, and external vendors in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and execution of high-quality restaurant events for up to 100+ guests.
  • Manage all pre-event logistics, including budget, marketing, ticketing setup, service alignment, food & beverage selection, vendor coordination, and attendee communications.
  • Oversee on-site event management, working closely with venues, vendors, and support teams.
  • Handle post-event activities, such as invoice review, payment processing, and debrief meetings.
### Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in event operations, including planning and execution.
### Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality.
  • 4+ years of experience in the hospitality or event industry.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Background in premium customer experiences or programs within the financial services industry.

  • **Salary Range Examples (Full-time Annual):**
* **McLean, VA:** $109,000 - $124,400 * **New York, NY:** $118,900 - $135,700 * **Richmond, VA:** $99,100 - $113,100
  • This role is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation. Capital One offers a comprehensive, competitive benefits package.
