Software/Hardware Project Manager - Mid Level (Maryland)

We are seeking engineers for hardware or software development, maintenance, and IT project management. This role involves working across the full system lifecycle from requirements to deployment.

• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• **Education:**

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related engineering/mathematics field (e.g., Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Security, Computer Forensics, Network Engineering). * Degrees in Information Technology, Information Systems, Information Security, Networking (Systems Administration), or Information Assurance may be considered if the program includes a strong concentration in foundational Computer Science areas: algorithms, computer architecture (not network), programming methodologies, data structures, logic/computation, and upper-level mathematics.

• **Experience:**

* Hands-on experience engineering hardware or software across the entire lifecycle (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment, and maintenance). * Experience managing IT development projects (e.g., network, software, hardware, computer security). * Programming experience is a plus.

• *Required Experience based on Highest Degree:**
• **Bachelor's Degree:** 3 years of relevant experience.
• **Master's Degree:** 1 year of relevant experience.
• **Doctoral Degree:** No experience required.
• **Associate's Degree:** 5 years of in-depth, directly related experience.
