Software Engineer - Mid To Experienced Level (Maryland)

This role seeks Software Development professionals for Full Performance or Senior levels.

• *Minimum Qualifications:**
• **Education:** Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science (CS) or Software Engineering.

* Related fields (e.g., Engineering, Mathematics) are acceptable if programs feature foundational CS coursework in: algorithms, computer architecture (not network), programming methodologies/languages, data structures, logic/computation, and advanced mathematics (e.g., calculus, discrete math).

• **Relevant Experience:** Demonstrated experience in the full software development lifecycle: requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, integration, deployment/installation, maintenance, and strong programming skills.

• **Full Performance Entry:**

* Bachelor's degree + 3 years relevant experience * Master's degree + 1 year relevant experience * Doctoral degree + no experience * Associate's degree + 5 years relevant experience (for those with in-depth, clearly related experience)

• **Senior Entry:**

* Bachelor's degree + 6 years relevant experience * Master's degree + 4 years relevant experience * Doctoral degree + 2 years relevant experience * Associate's degree + 8 years relevant experience (for those with in-depth, clearly related experience)
