Sharepoint Web Developer

CACI is seeking a SharePoint Web Developer to create and integrate rapid prototyping web applications for government clients, leveraging SharePoint's custom development capabilities.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Develop full-lifecycle SharePoint applications (2010, 2013, 2016, 2019, Online, O365), from out-of-the-box features to custom solutions.
• Manage large lists, libraries, permissions, site structures, and custom workflows following Microsoft best practices.
• Integrate multiple data sources (REST/OData/OAuth) to build customized dashboards for senior management.
• Utilize programming languages and scripting methods including Python, PHP, Java, Bash, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Create secure application systems in adherence to IC or DoD security guidelines and 508 compliance.
• Employ DevOps tools, including version control, and lead software testing, documentation, and training efforts.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience, or equivalent (e.g., AA/as + 10 years, HS Diploma + 12 years).
• **Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance is mandatory.**
• Experience with Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework, high availability, and enterprise infrastructure.
• Proficiency with SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, and SSRS Report Designer.
• Knowledge of PHP applications (WordPress, Joomla, Drupal).
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SharePoint migrations.
• Demonstrated website design experience and ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
• *Desired Skills:**
• Experience with ServiceNow Agile or SAFe capabilities.
• Knowledge management, taxonomy, and folksonomy experience.
• Experience creating and managing web governance, policies, and procedures.
• Developing PHP front-end applications and applets.
• Proficiency with SQL and mySQL.
• Microsoft SharePoint certifications (MCSA, MTA), Teamwork Administrator, Power Platform, or 365 Certification.
• Familiarity with developing for Azure or AWS cloud environments.
• *Work Environment:**
• Must remain on client site during Program core hours (0900-1500).
