SharePoint/Power Apps Developer (Top Secret Clearance)

This fully remote position supports the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in transforming enterprise IT capabilities. You will join a dedicated team focused on designing and deploying highly secured, adaptable IT infrastructure.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design, develop, and maintain customized Power Apps solutions to automate government business processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver best-fit technical solutions, including Power BI dashboards.
• Customize DoD365 to meet specific business needs.
• Administer SharePoint Online sites; create and manage pages, lists, and libraries.
• Build and manage SharePoint solutions, customizing user interfaces and utilizing SharePoint for content management.
• Manage the full software development life cycle (SDLC) for business solutions.
• Document, test, and demonstrate solutions to government clients.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• **Clearance:** Active Top Secret clearance required. Must be a US Citizen.
• **Certification:** Sec+ or other relevant IAT Level II Certification.
• **Experience:** Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of relevant experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Ability to architect technical solutions and create detailed documentation.
• Strong graphical design and technical skills for customizing SharePoint Online functionality and UI.
• Expertise in configuring and tailoring SharePoint Online sites, lists, and libraries.
• Demonstrated expertise building dynamic Power Apps and Power Automate Flows.
• Demonstrated expertise using Power BI for dashboards and data analytics.
• Skilled in using the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to shifting priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Experience integrating diverse data sources into SharePoint using Power Platform connectors.
• Familiarity with Agile and iterative software development methodologies.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse.

• **Salary Range:** $120,001 - $160,000 (Based on experience and other factors).
