Senior UX Designer

Join Hilton's Marketing team as a Senior UX Designer, focusing on enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through engaging digital experiences. You will contribute to the design of various platforms including Hilton's Web Shop, Hilton Honors, and global digital initiatives.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Execute intuitive, user-centered designs for web and mobile experiences, working closely with an agency partner.
• Translate product requirements and research insights into clear wireframes, user flows, and design specifications.
• Review and refine agency deliverables to ensure alignment with internal design standards and UX principles.
• Serve as a key liaison between internal teams and the agency, facilitating feedback and tracking design iterations.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers to align designs with strategic priorities and user needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
• Create interactive prototypes, test designs for usability, and optimize existing interfaces based on data and user feedback.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Three (3) years of experience in interface, product, or digital design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies.
• Ability to travel 10%.
• Hybrid work schedule based in McLean, VA (3 days per week in office).
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Online portfolio or work samples showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with digital platforms including web, mobile, Connected TV, or email.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development.
