Senior UI Designer

Join Hilton's Marketing Creative Design team as a Senior UI Designer, based in McLean, VA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days in-office). This role supports customer acquisition and retention through engaging, multi-channel digital experiences across Hilton's web and application portfolio.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Partner with external design agencies, overseeing and executing responsive UI components and layouts for web and mobile.
• Review agency deliverables in Figma (and similar tools) for consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• Perform direct design updates, refinements, and contribute to the evolution of the core design system.
• Ensure design files are organized, documented, and ready for engineering handoff and stakeholder review.
• Act as a design liaison, gathering feedback and clarifying requirements between internal stakeholders and agencies.
• Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to ensure UI work aligns with user flows, functional needs, and technical constraints.
• Participate in internal design critiques and QA reviews to maintain consistent user interfaces.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications, adhering to Hilton's brand standards.
• Create interactive prototypes to test and refine designs for optimal usability.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• 3+ years of experience in interface design, product design, or digital design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• An online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
• Experience with diverse digital platforms (web, mobile, Connected TV, email).
• Familiarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development cycles.
