Senior UI Designer

Hilton is seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our Marketing team at our corporate office in McLean, VA. This hybrid role (3 days/week in office) is crucial for enhancing customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through visually compelling multi-channel marketing campaigns and digital experiences.

• *What You'll Do:**
• **Design & Execution:** Partner with external design agencies to execute visually refined, responsive UI components and layouts for web and mobile platforms.
• **Quality Assurance:** Review agency deliverables in Figma for consistency with brand guidelines, design systems, and accessibility standards.
• **System Contribution:** Make direct design updates and contribute to the evolution of Hilton's core design system, ensuring organized and documented files for engineering handoff.
• **Stakeholder Collaboration:** Act as a design liaison, gathering feedback, clarifying requirements, and facilitating iterative improvements between internal teams and agencies.
• **Cross-Functional Partnership:** Collaborate with UX designers, engineers, and product managers to align UI work with user flows, functional requirements, and technical constraints.
• **Interface Ownership:** Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring alignment with Hilton's brand standards.
• **Prototyping & Optimization:** Create interactive prototypes for testing, refine designs based on user feedback and data analysis, and contribute to design system development.
• *Projects You'll Work On:**
• Hilton digital initiatives, Web Shop experience, Hilton for Business, Luxury & Lifestyle websites and applications, Hilton Honors design interface, and global brand experiences.
• *What We're Looking For:**
• **Minimum Qualifications:**

* 3+ years of experience in interface design, product design, or digital design. * Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design technologies. * Ability to travel 10%. * Based in McLean, VA with a hybrid work schedule (3 days per week in office).

• **Preferred Qualifications:**

* BA/BS Bachelor's Degree. * An online portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions. * Experience with digital platforms including web, mobile, Connected TV, or email. * Familiarity with AI-based tools to accelerate design development cycles.
