Lead technical strategic communications and content marketing, enhancing brand presence and engagement for government clients.
We are seeking an experienced **Technical Strategic Communications Specialist** to lead content and product marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence for our government customer. This role is ideal for a proactive storyteller passionate about brand building and driving customer engagement through impactful content and strategic messaging.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement comprehensive internal and external communication plans, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
- Collaborate on go-to-market strategies to effectively position core competencies in target markets.
- Lead content strategy, creating engaging materials (blogs, articles, case studies, videos, podcasts, social media) aligned with SEO best practices.
- Build cross-functional relationships to align messaging and leverage insights for compelling communications.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communications align with customer values and brand standards.
- Execute social media campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Identify and pursue opportunities for awards and speaking engagements to establish industry leadership.
- Create and manage marketing materials including presentations, infographics, brochures, and videos.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness, providing data-driven recommendations.
- *Qualifications:**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in communications and marketing, focusing on product marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement.
- Strong digital marketing expertise, preferably in B2B, tech, or government sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven ability to develop brand and product positioning strategies.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills, with experience creating customer-centered content.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools, CMS, SEO/SEM strategies, analytics platforms, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools.
- *Preferred Skills:**
- Experience collaborating with product teams to competitively position products and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to lead SEO-optimized content strategy, distribution, and audience engagement.
- Expertise in crafting clear, compelling internal communications to enhance employee engagement.
