## GEICO: UI Developer

### Key Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and build responsive, scalable mobile and web applications using Flutter and ReactJS.
  • Leverage UI/UX skills to drive optimal user experience solutions and collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Participate in design sessions and code reviews, defining reusable UI components and design patterns.
  • Develop cross-platform mobile applications with Flutter (iOS/Android) and responsive web applications with ReactJS, HTML5, CSS3.
  • Integrate with Java microservices and REST APIs to deliver dynamic, data-driven user interfaces.
  • Implement state management and optimize application performance for mobile and web platforms.
  • Mentor junior developers, contribute to UI/UX best practices, and engage with Agentic AI systems for enhanced user interactions.
### What You'll Bring:

  • *Technical Skills:**
  • Expert-level fluency in Flutter and ReactJS for mobile and web application development.
  • Solid understanding of Java microservices architecture and REST API integration.
  • Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, Dart, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience building responsive, cross-platform applications with a focus on user experience and performance.
  • Knowledge of DevOps concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS, GCP, Azure) for frontend applications.
  • Proficiency with modern CSS frameworks, responsive design, accessibility standards, version control, and testing frameworks.
  • Understanding of security best practices (OAuth, JWT, API security) and mobile/web performance optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, UI/UX best practices, and a strong problem-solving ability.
  • *Experience:**
  • 4+ years of professional UI development experience with Flutter or ReactJS.
  • 3+ years of experience with mobile/web application architecture.
  • 2+ years of experience integrating with Java microservices and backend APIs.
  • 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for frontend application deployment.
  • *Education:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Design, or equivalent work experience.
  • Additional coursework or certification in UI/UX design or frontend frameworks is preferred.
  • *Salary Range:**
$105,000.00 - $215,000.00 annually. GEICO will consider sponsoring qualified applicants for employment authorization.
