- *What You'll Do:**
- Collaborate with experienced teams on distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
- Develop front-end applications leveraging test-driven development (TDD) patterns.
- Own the technical design and development of cross-functional, multi-platform application systems.
- Stay current with technology trends, experiment with new tools, and mentor peers within the engineering community.
- Partner with digital product managers to deliver powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of customers.
- Utilize JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, and Java, alongside open-source frameworks and RESTful web services for cross-browser/device development.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree.
- At least 3 years of professional software engineering experience (internship experience excluded).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java.
- 1+ years of experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.
- 3+ years of experience in open-source frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in Agile practices.

- *Salary Range (Example for McLean, VA):** $158,600 - $181,000 annually for a Senior Software Engineer, plus potential performance-based incentive compensation.
