Senior Software Engineer, Front End

What You'll Do:

• Develop and design robust, cross-functional Front End applications using test-driven development.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver impactful cloud-based solutions.
• Work with modern technologies: JavaScript (Angular, React, Node), HTML/CSS, TypeScript, Java, RESTful web services, and open-source frameworks.
• Engage with a team experienced in distributed microservices and full-stack systems.
• Stay current with tech trends, experiment, and mentor junior engineers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience (excluding internships).

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in JavaScript, React, Angular, Node, TypeScript, or Java.
• 1+ year experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or other cloud services.
• 3+ years experience with open-source frameworks.
• 2+ years experience with Agile practices.

Annual Salary Ranges (Full-time):

• McLean, VA: $158,600 - $181,000
• Richmond, VA: $144,200 - $164,600

This role is also eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
