Senior Social Worker delivering expert clinical interventions, requiring advanced licensure and specialized experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker (GS-12) to provide expert clinical services in a specialized area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide advanced individual, group, and family counseling, psychotherapy, and psychosocial/case management. * Apply complex differential diagnosis and treatment within approved clinical privileges. * Develop and implement outcome evaluations to enhance social work practice and services. * Offer specialized consultation and mentorship to colleagues and students. * Contribute to expanding clinical knowledge and developing policies/guidelines in your specialty. **Required Qualifications:** * **Education:** Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program. * **Licensure:** Current state licensure or certification at the advanced practice level, with the ability to provide supervision. * **Experience:** Minimum two years post-advanced practice clinical licensure, with one year at the GS-11 equivalent, demonstrating expertise in a specialized area. * **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship required. * **Language:** Proficient in written and spoken English.
