Summary
Senior Social Worker delivering expert clinical interventions, requiring advanced licensure and specialized experience.
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Worker (GS-12) to provide expert clinical services in a specialized area.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide advanced individual, group, and family counseling, psychotherapy, and psychosocial/case management.
- Apply complex differential diagnosis and treatment within approved clinical privileges.
- Develop and implement outcome evaluations to enhance social work practice and services.
- Offer specialized consultation and mentorship to colleagues and students.
- Contribute to expanding clinical knowledge and developing policies/guidelines in your specialty.
- *Required Qualifications:**
- **Education:** Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program.
- **Licensure:** Current state licensure or certification at the advanced practice level, with the ability to provide supervision.
- **Experience:** Minimum two years post-advanced practice clinical licensure, with one year at the GS-11 equivalent, demonstrating expertise in a specialized area.
- **Citizenship:** U.S. Citizenship required.
- **Language:** Proficient in written and spoken English.
