Seeking a Senior Social Worker (GS-12) with advanced clinical licensure and specialized experience to provide expert patient care.

- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver specialized interventions and treatment, including individual, group, and/or family counseling or psychotherapy.
- Conduct advanced psychosocial assessments and case management for specific patient populations.
- Apply complex diagnostic reasoning for differential diagnosis and treatment planning.
- Develop and implement methods to measure the effectiveness of social work practices and services, using outcome data to enhance care.
- Provide specialized consultation and mentorship to colleagues and students.
- Contribute to the expansion of clinical knowledge and develop relevant policies or practice guidelines.
