Summary
Lead electronic warfare research, coordinate complex projects, and advise senior DoD/government partners.
Join our team as a Senior Research Specialist focused on advancing Electronic Warfare Technologies. This role requires a commitment to innovation and strategic leadership within the federal government.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and execute research in Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies.
- Initiate, plan, coordinate, and lead complex research projects.
- Develop and secure research funding through effective proposals.
- Provide senior-level subject matter expertise and advisory support to the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps, DoD, and other government and international partners.
- *Required Technical Qualifications:**
- Demonstrated competence in planning and conducting EW research.
- Proven ability to conceive, lead, and coordinate complex research projects, including securing funding.
- Capability to serve as a senior advisor and subject matter expert to high-level government and military entities.
