Job Description
Seeking a senior professional for strategic program management, legislative guidance, complex data analysis, and stakeholder coordination.
This GS-15 level position requires highly specialized experience in strategic program management and analysis. We are seeking candidates with one year of experience equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience from public, private, or volunteer sectors.
**Key Qualifications (Specialized Experience Required):**
* Interpreting and drafting legislative, financial, and programmatic guidance.
* Collecting, analyzing, and integrating complex information, and communicating findings to staff and executives to support operational execution.
* Independently identifying and performing program assessments and management reviews.
* Coordinating with internal and external partners to develop and execute program strategies.
**Federal Employee Requirements (if applicable):**
* **Time-in-Grade:** Must have served 52 weeks at the GS-14 level.
* **Time After Competitive Appointment:** Current Federal employees on a non-temporary competitive appointment must have served at least three months in that appointment.
