Summary
Senior Product Manager to lead GEICO's enterprise UI framework, driving strategy and development for consistent, efficient digital experiences.
GEICO is seeking an accomplished and customer-obsessed **Senior Product Manager** to drive our enterprise UI framework.
This pivotal role focuses on creating consistency and efficiency in how GEICO's digital experiences are designed and developed at scale. You will shape the future of UI framework standards, modernize digital experiences across the customer lifecycle, and ensure solutions meet customer needs while driving business outcomes.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform decisions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product development, including defining requirements and managing backlog.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and iterate features for optimization.
- Identify solutions, work through trade-offs, and remove team impediments.
- Manage product rollout plans, segmentation, adoption, and promotion.
- Partner with technology leaders to influence architecture for secure, scalable solutions.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of Web & Mobile UI frameworks, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven analytical and data-driven problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Technical proficiency in Web & Mobile programming languages (e.g., Dart & Flutter).

This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week on-site at one of the following locations:
- Palo Alto, CA
- Seattle, WA
- Chevy Chase, MD
