GEICO is hiring a **Senior Product Manager** to drive our enterprise UI framework, creating consistent and efficient digital experiences at scale. This pivotal role involves shaping the future of GEICO’s digital presence across the customer lifecycle, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch and continuous iteration.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to inform product strategy and decisions.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on business impact, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
- Drive product development, including defining requirements, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely, high-quality releases.
- Monitor product performance, analyze metrics, and optimize user experience and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with technology leaders to influence architecture and ensure secure, scalable, and resilient product solutions.
- Manage product rollout plans, segmentation, adoption, and promotional efforts.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful products in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong understanding of Web & Mobile UI frameworks, including delivery at scale, market trends, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- Technical proficiency in Web & Mobile programming languages and front-end development technologies (e.g., Dart & Flutter).
- *Work Environment & Salary:**
- This is a hybrid position, requiring 2-3 days on-site weekly in Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; or Chevy Chase, MD.
- The annual salary range is $146,575.00 - $229,600.00.
