Summary
Drive Meta (Facebook/Instagram) acquisition strategy for U.S. Card Performance Marketing through campaign execution, testing, and optimization.
Capital One is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to drive U.S. Card Performance Marketing through Meta (Facebook & Instagram). This hybrid role is central to our Meta channel's acquisition strategy, focusing on test design, campaign execution, and meticulous channel management.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead the planning and implementation of Meta (Facebook, Instagram) acquisition campaigns.
- Design and execute high-impact tests (creative, audience, placements) to advance channel learning and optimize results.
- Coordinate extensively with internal teams (Compliance, Brand, Analytics) to deliver Meta strategies end-to-end.
- Develop creative briefs and maintain the channel's creative library.
- Ensure well-managed processes and maintain platform documentation in partnership with QA.
- Analyze performance marketing data to optimize conversions and online customer acquisition.
- *Essential Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience.
- 2+ years in paid social marketing, specifically on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- 1+ year experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
- 2+ years proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- 1+ year experience with Google Suite applications.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- 3+ years Meta (Facebook & Instagram) paid social performance marketing experience.
- 2+ years in digital marketing ad operations with a strong background in Meta campaign management.
- Experience producing and optimizing Meta static and video creative.
- Familiarity with other social media or digital marketing channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok).
- 2+ years in project management or digital marketing agency experience.

- A proactive self-starter with strong organizational skills and an ownership mindset.
- Able to prioritize workloads and quickly adapt to new digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Comfortable working with large data sets and collaborating with high-performing teams.
- Possess strong presentation and clear communication skills.
