Senior Marketing Associate - Social, U.S. Card Performance Marketing (Hybrid)

Capital One is seeking a **Senior Marketing Associate, Social** to drive acquisition strategies within the U.S. Card Performance Marketing team, focusing on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

This hybrid role requires a self-starter with a strong understanding of performance marketing and a passion for digital acquisition.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Plan and implement Meta campaigns, identifying and suggesting process improvements.
• Scope and structure high-impact tests (creative, audience, placements) to optimize results.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, Brand, Analytics, Tech) to execute end-to-end Meta strategies.
• Maintain platform documentation, manage launch timings, and ensure well-managed processes with QA.
• Create creative briefs and manage the channel's creative library.
• Utilize data analysis with Excel/Google Sheets to interpret performance marketing metrics.
• Develop clear presentations to communicate strategies and results.
• *Basic Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
• 2+ years of experience in paid social marketing on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• 1+ year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• 1+ year of experience with Google Suite applications.
• *Preferred Qualifications:**
• 3+ years in paid social performance marketing on Meta platforms.
• 2+ years of ad operations experience at a digital marketing agency, specializing in Meta campaign trafficking.
• Familiarity with producing and optimizing static and video creative for Meta.
• Experience in other social or digital marketing channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Display).
• 2+ years in project management or at a digital marketing agency.
