Summary
Senior Marketing Associate for Capital One, driving Meta paid social acquisition strategy through campaign management and testing.
Capital One is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate to join our U.S. Card Performance Marketing social team, focusing on Meta platforms. This hybrid role contributes to our Meta channel's acquisition strategy by scoping tests, implementing campaigns, and ensuring diligent channel management in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for a self-starter with performance marketing experience, either agency or in-house.
- *Responsibilities:**
- Lead planning and implementation of Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns, identifying process improvements.
- Design and scope high-impact tests (creative, audience, placements) to achieve valuable results.
- Coordinate Meta strategies end-to-end with internal teams (Compliance, Brand, Analytics, Tech).
- Maintain platform documentation, manage launch timings, and ensure well-managed processes with QA partners.
- Create creative briefs and manage the channel's creative library.
- Utilize a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversions, and online customer acquisition.
- Collaborate effectively with high-performing teams and enterprise partners.
- Analyze large datasets using Excel/Google Sheets, applying common performance marketing metrics.
- Develop and deliver clear presentations using PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- *Basic Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in paid social marketing with Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
- At least 1 year of experience trafficking Meta campaigns.
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- At least 1 year of experience with Google Suite applications.
- *Preferred Qualifications:**
- At least 3 years of experience in paid social marketing focusing on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) for performance.
- At least 2 years of ad operations experience, particularly with Meta campaign trafficking and management, preferably from a digital marketing agency.
- Experience producing and optimizing static and video creative for Meta.
- Familiarity with other social or digital marketing channels (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Display).
- At least 2 years of experience in project management or at a digital marketing agency.

- This is a Hybrid role.
