Summary
Lead strategic marketing project delivery and transformation, optimizing processes, managing risk, and influencing business outcomes.
Lead the Marketing Delivery and Transformation Team within Capital One's Premium Products and Experiences (PPX) business. This role focuses on ensuring the flawless execution of high-volume marketing projects while optimizing processes and managing risk.
- *Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee prioritization and on-time, error-free delivery of 400+ annual marketing projects (email/in-app) in partnership with Enterprise Operations.
- Develop and refine marketing delivery processes, documentation, and training materials.
- Maintain comprehensive reporting on project backlogs, work-in-progress, and delivery success rates.
- Handle prioritization escalations, manage risk issues, and provide surge staffing recommendations for special projects.
- Provide insights for process design and optimization, advocating for PPX business needs and Marketing Technology adoption.
- Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders, influencing business decisions and championing customer needs.
- Utilize data systematically to identify opportunities, track performance, and drive transformational improvements.
