## Senior Manager, Product Manager - Retail Bank Marketing

### About the Role This is a pivotal, highly collaborative, and data-focused leadership role. You will directly manage a team of Product Managers to shape the retail bank marketing technology roadmap and define scalable audience capabilities for marketing campaigns. You will work closely with data analysts, software engineers, data scientists, operations, and business strategists to transform the platforms marketing teams use daily.

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. (Degree must be obtained or in process by start date).
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
- **McLean, VA Salary:** $193,000 - $220,300 annually.
- Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.
