Fairfield, a leader in multifamily housing, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Maintenance Technician. This crucial position will provide expert maintenance services, floating as needed across various properties within the region, including our 500-unit Westchester at the Pavilions community.

*Key Responsibilities:**
Perform advanced troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on property systems (e.g., HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Address service requests promptly and efficiently to ensure resident satisfaction and property upkeep.
Travel between properties within the designated region to support maintenance needs.
