Senior Joint Venture Transaction Specialist, Cg-1101-14

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee and enhance financial compliance and asset management within joint venture agreements. This role involves critical analysis and strategic recommendations to optimize financial performance.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Monitor joint venture agreements that govern the management of acquired assets.
• Analyze Managing Member business decisions to maximize collections and minimize losses.
• Propose policy and process improvements for legal agreements or compliance monitoring programs related to joint venture agreements.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• At least one year of specialized experience equivalent to Federal grade 13 or higher.
• Experience must include: (1) monitoring joint venture agreements or analyzing business decisions to maximize collections/minimize losses; and (2) recommending policy/process improvements for related legal agreements or compliance monitoring programs.
• All qualifying experience, including volunteer work, will be recognized.
