Senior Investment Officer

Join our team to lead and perform advanced financial analysis, underwriting, and negotiation for large-scale commercial and infrastructure projects. This role demands expertise in complex financial modeling, risk assessment, and strategic project finance across diverse industries.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Lead and execute comprehensive financial, market, and credit analyses for new loan applications, specifically for large commercial and infrastructure projects.
• Develop and analyze complex financial models, conducting detailed risk assessments for project finance transactions (e.g., renewable energy, power, transportation, oil & gas, telecommunications).
• Evaluate intricate project finance structures, recommending optimal terms and conditions for loan or loan guarantee approval.
• Determine project readiness for full commercialization and oversee due diligence and underwriting processes.
• Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex finance projects, including debt and equity transactions, utilizing sensitive financial and economic data.
• Negotiate and process loan and loan guarantee agreements, ensuring strict adherence to guidelines and relevant legislation.
• Prepare critical background memoranda, presentations, and decision documents outlining loan conditions.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Extensive experience leading and performing financial analysis and underwriting for large industrial and infrastructural project finance transactions.
• Proven expertise in detailed market and credit analysis, financial model development, and risk analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate project finance structures and negotiate complex loan and guarantee agreements.
• Experience with debt and equity transactions and analysis of sensitive financial data.
• Background in sectors such as renewable energy, power, transportation, oil & gas, telecommunications, petrochemicals, or mining.
