Senior Graphic Designer (Part-Time)

Koniag Data Solutions is seeking a part-time Senior Graphic Designer (HHS GRC) to support a government customer in Washington D.C. This on-site role is for a visually driven professional passionate about creating compelling content that effectively communicates key messages and tells engaging stories.

• *Key Responsibilities:**
• Design and develop impactful PowerPoint presentations and diverse communication materials.
• Create logos, websites, document/email templates, illustrations, brochures, reports, and training materials.
• Utilize Visio and Excel to produce clear diagrams, charts, and data visualizations.
• Interpret data to craft visuals that enhance understanding and impact.
• Provide strategic communication and community relations advice.
• Edit video content as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and teams to deliver polished, professional designs consistently aligned with branding.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high quality.
• Incorporate feedback promptly and effectively.
• *Required Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Art Design, Graphic Arts, Communication, Marketing, English, Journalism, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional graphic design experience, with extensive experience in multimedia presentations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative presentation and communication design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Captivate.
• Extensive experience with PowerPoint, MS Office 2013, and SharePoint 2013.
• Demonstrated ability in visual storytelling, data visualization, and analytical thinking.
• Adaptive design eye with a keen attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills.
• Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism.
• Must be able to work on-site in Washington D.C.
